Healthcare services is one of those sector where digital marketing or internet marketing brought a big change specially in the services provided daily and communicating in a much better way with the patients. Digitalized healthcare services facilitated online appointment booking of doctors, consultation by telemedicine or video conferencing, e-prescriptions, door step delivery of medicines,  etc. Thus the need of digitalized healthcare system was realized both by patients and healthcare service providers. This study aims to analyze how digital marketing has an impact on healthcare services in past few years in terms of expanding business by attracting in new patients, providing quality healthcare services, encouraging old and new patients to accept the digital services. Internet marketing enabled the healthcare services to be more efficient, reach out to more people specially in rural India, provide patient friendly services, cost effective services by way of reducing travel and lodging cost, to overcome the shortage of specialist and super specialist. Digitalization of healthcare services helped to identify new trends in healthcare marketing, improvement in healthcare marketing communication, use of digital platform more by the youth as compared to others.\nKeywords: Digital India, Digital marketing, Healthcare services, Healthcare marketing, Telemedicine.\n\nBiography:\nTarinmoy Das has completed his graduation in 2011 from NIT Raipur and post graduation in 2015 from IIT Madras in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. He also completed his MBA from KIIT School of Management, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, India in 2018. He has more than 3 years of work experience. He worked with Accenture and HDFC Bank in India. He has a keen interest in doing research thereby serving the society by his work.\n
