Elinor Radke

Elinor is a Registered Nurse having worked in the Sterilisation Services for four decades of experience.  Past experiences working in the Private, Public, Military contract and Oral Health Services. 

Elinor possesses a Bachelor of Teaching [Early Childhood], CIII Sterilisation Technology, current CIV Training and Assessment. 

Extracurricular contributions to the professional organisation of SRACA Qld Inc. Committee and the FSRACA for two decades.  Highlight achievement as the Conference Convenor for the first International Sterilisation Sciences WFHSS conference in Australia, Brisbane, 2016 and awarded the SRACA Qld Inc. Life Membership. 

Elinor was invited in 2021, as part of the team for the DFAT, JID, Australian PNG partnership project for the ANGAU redevelopment project specifically the Operating Theatres and Central Sterilising Departments.  PNG Peri-operative Standards of Practice and Central Sterilising Unit Standard Operating Procedures were developed, accepted and endorsed by the PNG Health Department in 2024. The PNG Perioperative Nurses Society hosted the Implementation Workshop, August 2025, in Port Moresby.
