Hayley Ryan is an award-winning Clinical Nurse Consultant with over 20 years of experience, specialising in wound care. She is the founder of WoundRescue, delivering advanced wound management across Australia and New Zealand. Holding an MBA, multiple postgraduate qualifications, and currently pursuing a PhD, Hayley is also an Adjunct Fellow at UTS. A sought-after national and international speaker, she contributes to education, research, and policy, including authoring national guidelines in oedema, palliative care, and SCI. Hayley previously chaired the Wounds Australia Board and is passionate about improving outcomes through innovation, empathy, and evidence-based care.
