IPC is everyone’s responsibility and no more so than in office-based practice. Working in isolation and with limited human resources, remaining abreast of standards and guidelines, roles and responsibilities, can be challenging. How do you know you have it right? This presentation uses the regulatory framework to reiterate the obligations for registered practitioners and assist support staff to identify resources to guide and clarify good practice, over a range of disciplines. With significant change occurring in this area, this session is an essential update and a bases from which the subsequent sessions build.
