Rachel has worked in healthcare for 25 years and enjoys the challenge of transformation and infrastructure projects. With a clinical background in allied health, leadership and project management, Rachel has acquired expertise in leading people, organisations and projects through complexity to successful delivery.
Over the last 10 years, Rachel has worked in South Australian health infrastructure projects that includes the $1.85B Royal Adelaide Hospital; $59m Repat Health Precinct Reactivation; $314m Redevelopment of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and $44m Mental Health Rehabilitation Project.
Her current role is in Central Adelaide Local Health Network to lead the delivery of capital projects through the planning, design, and delivery phases and in particular stakeholder engagement to support service configuration and improved health outcomes for the community.
