Anna Khanina

Ms. Anna Khanina (B.Pharm, M.Clin Pharm (Hons)) is an experienced clinical pharmacist and early career researcher who specialises in quality improvement to optimise antimicrobial prescribing and management of infectious diseases in the hospital setting. She is currently undertaking a PhD in the area of antifungal stewardship in high-risk cancer patients at the University of Melbourne, affiliated with the National Centre for Infections in Cancer. In addition, Anna is leading work to develop an automated program for the surveillance of invasive fungal infection in cancer patients, linking data from the electronic medical record.
