Jessica Dangles, MBA, MS, PMP, CAE is the Executive Director of the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology (CBIC). Prior to working with CBIC, she was the Accreditation Standards Manager at the American College of Surgeons within the Division of Research and Optimal Patient Care.
Jessica holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and her Master of Business Administration. She also holds her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential. She believes certification is essential to patient safety and public protection and enjoys working with the CBIC board and staff to positively impact infection and infection control practices.
