Abstract:
The aim of this session is to explain what Congruent Leadership is and to offer practical ways to develop an insight into what makes a Congruent Leader. There are several values-based leadership theories, Congruent Leadership is the only one based on empirical evidence and research from clinical practice. This workshop will facilitate an opportunity to explore participants values and understand how this influences how clinical leaders’ lead.
