Abstract:
Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) programs are faced with navigating a constantly changing healthcare landscape, including being prepared for, or dealing with pandemics. Navigating the constantly changing healthcare landscape requires IPC Professionals to maintain reliable evidence-based or best practice approaches, despite resource limitations.
This presentation will provide the novice IPC Professional with an overview of practical and creative ways to increase their resource capacity.
