Abstract:

A business model defines how an organisation creates, delivers, and captures value. In dentistry, models vary from private practice and dental service organisations to public health and mobile dentistry. AS5369’s emphasis on quality assurance through a risk-based approach presents both challenges and opportunities for implementation across these diverse models. This session will explore how the nuances of each dental business model impact the adoption of AS5369.
