Abstract:

This presentation explores the leadership attributes—culture, courage, and clinical credibility—that empower professionals to drive meaningful change. Framed within the ACIPC 2025 theme “The Circles of Influence: Evidence-Based Practice and Practice-Based Evidence,” it highlights how effective leadership not only applies evidence but generates it through frontline practice. By embracing both strategic influence and relational leadership, practitioners can shape environments where seemingly simple thigs like clean hands and courageous conversations, lead to safer care.
