Exhibition Visitor Passes provide free access to the ACIPC trade exhibition floor.

Passes are available to individuals likely to benefit from access to the trade exhibition, where they can explore and procure IPC-related products and services without attending the scientific program, including:

• Hospital Procurement Officers and those responsible for purchasing medical supplies and equipment.
• Healthcare Administrators and those overseeing the operational aspects of healthcare facilities.
• Clinical Engineers who are focused on the maintenance and acquisition of medical devices.
• Nursing Home Managers responsible for ensuring they have appropriate infection control supplies.
• Hospital Housekeeping Managers who oversee cleaning and sanitation procedures in healthcare settings.
• Facility Managers responsible for ensuring that healthcare buildings are properly equipped and maintained.
• Veterinary Clinic Managers seeking IPC products specific to animal healthcare settings.
• Laboratory Managers responsible for procuring infection control supplies for clinical and research laboratories.
• Environmental Health Specialists interested in products that help control infection in various settings.

Visitor Opening Times

The exhibition hall will be open to visitor pass holders at the following times:

• 13:30 – 17:00, Monday 18 November
• 13:30 – 17:00, Tuesday 19 November
• 08:30 – 12:30, Wednesday 20 November

Visitor Pass Eligibility

• Passes are available to individuals who would benefit from access to the trade exhibition.
• Entry is free, but you must be over 18 years old.
• Registration is required to enter the Exhibition Hall.
• Visitors need to collect their name badge from the registration desk when arriving at the venue.
• Registration grants access to the Exhibition Hall only and does not include entry to conference sessions, social functions, or catering.

Visitors to the exhibition hall can look forward to engaging with Australasia’s largest gathering of IPC suppliers. Additionally, they will have access to a variety of activities, including:

• Poster Displays: Explore innovative research and developments in infection prevention and control.
• Pop-Up Stage Presentations: Attend dynamic presentations and demonstrations by industry experts.
• Welcome Reception: Exhibition Visitor Pass holders are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Monday 18 November, from 17:00 – 18:45. Tickets for the Welcome Reception can be purchased when registering online for $40 per person.
