Five questions. Who’s the best leader you’ve ever worked with? Who’s the best IPC leader you’ve ever worked with? What informed your answers? What do you think needs to happen to strengthen the power and influence of ICPs? And what do you consider to be necessary and sufficient to develop the pool of leadership talent needed for IPC to survive and thrive as we hurtle towards the middle of the 21st century? These are some of the areas that will be explored in the session, culminating in some personal reflections on the value (or otherwise) of leadership theories and what might happen next. The session will be informed to a great extent by the impact and influences of the last three years.
