Liam Caswell is an industry-leading nurse career and life coach with over 12 years of nursing experience across Scotland, England, Sydney, Canberra, and Fiji. Rising from hospital cleaner to Nurse Unit Manager, Liam has dedicated his career to empowering nurses to build their careers, regulate their nervous systems, and overcome career-related trauma.
In 2020, Liam founded Liam Caswell Coaching to address the lack of clinical support and mentorship in the nursing industry. Since then, he has coached over 450 clinicians globally, helping them achieve their professional goals through self-leadership and nervous system resilience building. Liam is also the co-founder of Aussie Nurse Recruiters, Australia’s first recruitment and retention-focused nursing permanent recruitment company.
Liam hosts the High-Performance Nursing podcast, ranked in the top 5% globally, focusing on nursing careers, mindset, and business. He has spoken at national conferences, including the ACN Next Gen Summit. Liam holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Masters in Healthcare Leadership and Management, a Masters of International Public Health, and certifications in NLP, Life Coaching, and Advanced Nervous System Resilience and Trauma Coaching. His mission is to equip nurses with the tools to coach themselves and build their nervous system capacity so they can support their peers and patients.
