Invitation to Submit

Sponsors and exhibitors are invited to submit a short written overview of a 5-minute presentation to be featured during the conference. These presentations will be pre-recorded and played before plenary sessions and during breaks. Content may include product updates, demonstrations, case studies, or research highlights.

This is a valuable opportunity to raise your profile and showcase your products and services to a highly engaged audience.

To participate, sponsors and exhibitors must have confirmed and fully paid for their package by 8 August 2025.

To register your interest, please upload your presentation title and a brief written overview via the presentation portal.

ACIPC will review all submissions before confirming participation.

Submission Instructions

1. Prepare your Presentation Overview

  • Title: Use a descriptive title of up to fifteen words that indicates the content of the talk or demonstration.
  • Overview: Prepare an overview of 150 words describing what the pre-recorded presentation will be about.

2. Corresponding Author

Open the submission portal and enter the contact details of the corresponding author.

3. Abstract Submission Details

You will need to enter the following details into the submission portal:

  • Presentation title (15 words).
  • Overview (150 words – copy and paste your overview into the portal).
  • Names of presenter.

Correspondence

The submitting author will be the only point of contact for all communication regarding the submission, including acceptance notification.

Review & Selection Process

ACIPC will review all submissions in open collaboration.

Submissions will be favoured at review if they incorporate new and/or original information of high quality and/or extends existing knowledge relevant to IPC’s. Talks based on the quality of the submission and recommendation from reviewers.

Presentation Information

Authors’ Permission

By submitting a talk all authors are deemed to have agreed to release the content to the conference organisers and give permission to publish the presentation in all conference publications including on the website, in the app and printed material.

Disclosure of Interest Statement

If accepted, all presenters must include a disclosure of interest statement in their presentation. For example, The Melon Institute and Metabolism Corp are funded by the University of Oxbridge, UK. No pharmaceutical grants were received in the development of this study.

Medical Technology Association of Australia Code of Practice

If your presentation refers to medical devices, your abstract and presentation must comply with the Medical Technology Association of Australia Code of Practice.

Uploading Your Presentation

You will be sent links to upload your PowerPoint slides via Drobox.

Copyright and Ownership of Material

All materials, including but not limited to presentations, slides, posters, abstracts, papers, and any other written or visual content presented at the event, are the intellectual property of us or the respective authors and presenters. The authors or presenters retain ownership rights to their materials.
